DisplayTuneHotkeys for screen color
Night falls mid-match and there is no time to alt-tab. DisplayTune hotkeys switch color without leaving the game, and an on-screen hint shows what happened.
What you can assign

Choosing combinations
- Use a modifier (
Ctrl,Alt,Shift) orF1–F24keys that games rarely use. - Do not use
F1in Rust — that is the console. In CS2 and Valorant check that the keys are not bound to voice chat or buy menus. - A handy scheme:
Alt+1…5— favorite profiles,Alt+0— color off.
If a combination is already taken by another app (Discord, OBS, driver overlay), DisplayTune warns you and suggests another one.
On-screen hint
When you press a hotkey, a label appears at the top of the screen for a second: which profile is on, or that color is off. You can turn the hint off in Settings if it gets in the way of streaming.
Real-world setups
- Rust: day — "Rust — PvP", night — "Rust — Night", into a cave — "Rust — Caves & monuments". Three keys instead of manual sliders.
- Tarkov: dark maps — "Tarkov — Shadows", daytime maps — your normal profile.
- Streaming: a "color off" key so viewers see the natural picture in menus.

Do hotkeys work in a fullscreen game?
Yes, the combinations are global and work on top of any game.
Can I assign a single key without Ctrl or Alt?
Yes for F1–F24, numpad keys and service keys (Insert, Home, etc.). Plain letters without a modifier are not accepted so they do not interfere with chat.
What does "Compare with original" do?
It temporarily shows the original picture without the effect so you can judge the difference.
